When presenting and issuing an honorary diploma, it is necessary to adhere to certain rules. Such awards are awarded on the basis of the Regulations on the Certificate of Honor, which are developed by the relevant production, public, trade union organizations and city administrations. The rules for the submission of necessary documents and information about the awarded are prescribed in each case separately.

The certificate of honor is awarded to the employee in a festive atmosphere and is timed to coincide with an anniversary or other event related to his labor activity. The appearance and decoration of this document must be appropriate for its purpose, be attractive and respectable.

Certificates of honor are printed on letterhead made by the printing method, the format of the sheets is usually A4. For their manufacture, high-quality coated paper is used. The font for its design is chosen large and contrasting, well-read from afar. Like any official document, means of protection or a complex ornament - stylization should be applied on the form of the Certificate of Merit.

Pay attention to the text part of the document, its semantic content. At the top, place the logo and name of the company or organization without the use of abbreviations and acronyms. In the special field, enter the last name, first name and patronymic of the awarded. Below in the text write the reason for the award, adhering to a business style.

The certificate of honor must be signed by the head of the enterprise, authority or organization, the signature must be with the decoding and the date of signing. In the lower left corner on the place for printing should be a seal certifying the signature of the head.

Information on rewarding for labor merits, including awarding with honorary diplomas, is entered in labor books in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2003 No. 225 "On labor books".
