How to get a license for vodka

Selling vodka and other alcohol products is a profitable business. Often, the proceeds from the sale of alcohol account for more than half of the total turnover of cafes and shops. First of all, prepare the constituent documents of your company. These include the charter and the memorandum of association. You will also need certificates on registration of a legal entity, on registration with the tax authority at the location of the organization, on making an entry in the state register of legal entities. Make copies of these documents.

Contact the tax authority for information that you do not have arrears of taxes and fees.

Prepare the original and a copy of the certificate of compliance of the licensed object with the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological service. If you do not have an SES conclusion on hand or it has expired, you must contact the appropriate state control body.

Add to your existing set of documents a certificate of compliance of the commercial premises with fire safety requirements, as well as a photocopy of it. If you don’t have such a document or its validity is coming to an end, contact the fire department for the commission. For its successful passage, it is necessary to have a fire alarm, emergency exits, an evacuation plan, wiring compliance with standards, etc.

Prepare a contract with an extra-departmental security company for the provision of appropriate services.

Make a copy of the registration card of the cash register, as well as the contract for its maintenance.

Prepare documents confirming your right to use the commercial premises (certificate of ownership or lease agreement).

In the licensing authority, write an application for a license and wait for verification of compliance of the licensed object with the requirements for it.
