Opening your own real estate agency does not require a large start-up capital, but requires a lot of responsibility from the entrepreneur. At the same time, this type of activity pays off very quickly, but there is a certain problem that "newcomers" quite often encounter - registration of a company.

Select the legal form for your real estate agency (IP or LLC).

Prepare and agree on start-up capital. You will need money for office rental, for the purchase of necessary equipment and furniture, as well as for advertising.

Prepare a business project for a future firm. In it, do a SWOT analysis: identify the strengths and weaknesses of the real estate agency, its capabilities and threats.

Conduct market research on the territory where you want to locate your company. Analyze how many competing firms are nearby, explore the risks of opening a real estate agency in the selected area.

Find a suitable office space. Conclude the necessary business contracts for the further maintenance of the office (contracts with organizations involved in ventilation systems, installation of video surveillance systems, laying of computer and telephone networks).

Indicate in the documents which areas of the office will be working, client and recreation areas.

Pick a leader for the future agency. Develop incentive systems for the manager and other employees, approve the rules for paying for work. Confirm all this data with the relevant documents.

Gather the documents that are necessary for the registration of the enterprise: - constituent documents; - company charter; - documents on the lease of the premises; - business plan.

Pay the state fee and keep the receipt confirming the payment. Write a statement about registering a real estate agency. Attach the collected package of documents and a receipt to it. Then submit them to the tax office.

Hire all the necessary staff. Make a good advertisement. Best of all, if you order an advertising sign and hang it near the office.
