Instruction manual

1

Develop a business idea based on which you will carry out your business activities. To do this, you need to study the market of goods and services in Kazakhstan and take into account all regional factors that may affect its development. For example, many entrepreneurs living in areas bordering China or Russia begin their business by exporting goods from these countries. Therefore, if you are a resident of one of these areas, you can use this advantage to accumulate initial capital. In this case, you should, before starting your own business, study the volume and range of export supplies

2

Make a competent business plan yourself or with the help of specialists in order to get a loan from the bank to open a business, or to attract reliable investors.

3

Register with the tax authorities IP (organization of a legal entity will require a good authorized capital). To do this, you need the following documents:

- passport of a citizen of Kazakhstan;

- TRN;

- extract from the house book (if you are going to work at home);

- a lease or sale and purchase agreement for the premises and its registration certificate (if you intend to open an enterprise or office);

- 2 photos 3, 5 × 4, 5;

- list of activities (indicated in a special form).

4

Contact your bank for a loan. Of course, you can take out a loan for opening and developing a business only by providing a reliable deposit (apartment, cottage, car). You will be able to convince bank employees that you need a loan in the amount specified by you if your business plan is really promising.

5

If for some reason you didn’t manage to get a loan from a bank, try contacting investors or find out how to become a member of an entrepreneurship support program in your region.

6

Use the funds received in strict accordance with the business plan. Buy everything you need at first and conclude contracts with suppliers or customers of your goods or services. In order to contact them, find all the information about them in the media and on the Internet or, what is important for your country, ask your relatives, friends and acquaintances to help with this.
