For each region, the main areas of activity that are relevant for the economic development of this territory are identified. Check them out on the small business Internet portal or contact the employment center for advice. Develop a business plan for the enterprise, the activity of which will correspond to the priority areas for your region.

Describe the planned type of activity and how sales will be organized. The business plan should describe in detail the process of rendering services, performing work, manufacturing products, making and justifying the choice of a taxation system with the calculation of the necessary costs. Indicate the sources of repayment of the costs incurred and justify the required number of jobs.

Transfer the business plan for examination to a third-party organization licensed to issue expert opinions in this field of activity. After receiving an expert opinion with a positive assessment, head to the employment center and write an application for financial assistance to support small businesses. If you guarantee job creation for citizens who are registered as unemployed, get additional funding.

Register a company or get the status of an entrepreneur. Conclude a financial support agreement with the employment center, after which the money will be transferred to the current account opened after registration.
