The technology market is actively developing, which is why some enterprises are trying to keep up to date, using automation. This means that human labor is being replaced by machine production. What are the pros and cons of this implementation?

The automation process began when production began. The leaders of organizations began to plan, design various self-acting devices that can facilitate human labor. Active action in the development of this direction took place at the end of the 18th century - the beginning of the 19th century, when the industrial revolution began. The founder of the transition of production to automation is Karl Marx, he, evaluating the state of the economy, proposed this replacement.

The introduction of automatic machine production allowed enterprise managers to significantly reduce the cost of paying staff, increase labor productivity due to the smooth operation of the machine and significantly reduce other production costs. Thus, automation is a leap in the development of the economy. Indeed, in order to achieve the production of large volumes of products, it is necessary to have a sufficiently large workforce, and in the case of the use of self-acting devices, human labor is minimized, unless it is necessary to control the operation of machines.

There are also disadvantages. As a rule, machines require constant repair, maintenance, and this is quite problematic and expensive - not every company can afford to keep automatic devices. If the tool fails, then the marriage can be calculated in fairly large amounts, since it is not always possible to stop the production process every minute.

How is automation going? First, the leader must study and evaluate all the objects of management, the production process. Then predict the effectiveness of the implementation of automatic devices. Then the goals and decisions are transferred to the engineers, who, having processed the obtained results, will design the transition to the automation of the enterprise.
