Schools, kindergartens, houses of children's creativity, children's clubs - far from a complete list of educational institutions. The organizational form and departmental affiliation may be different, however, each childcare institution needs state registration. A non-governmental educational institution may be registered as a non-profit organization. The list of documents is determined by the relevant federal law.

Have a meeting of the founders. Draw up the minutes of the general meeting. Indicate in it the name of the educational institution, the date and venue. In the main text write the number of citizens of the Russian Federation present, their surnames, first names and patronymics, as well as who was the chairman and secretary.

Write the agenda in the minutes. It should contain questions about the creation, discussion of the charter, the candidacy of the director, etc. Formulate the operative part, which must include a clause on the creation of an educational institution and a decision to apply to the Federal Registration Service. Indicate how the vote went. The document must be signed by the chairman and secretary. The protocol must be provided in duplicate. One of them must be notarized, and the second can only be signed by the applicant.

Write a statement. Its form is indicated in Appendix No. 1 to Resolution 212 of the Government of the Russian Federation on April 15, 2006. It indicates the legal form, name in the language of one of the peoples of the Russian Federation, name in any foreign language, membership of a religious organization, mailing address, telephone number, date of the decision to create. Provide information about the applicant. Here you must specify the information about the founder, data on economic activity.

Take copies of the articles of association and the memorandum of association. They must be presented in triplicate. You can also provide copies of identification documents of the founders, a sketch of the seal. If documents are not submitted by the applicant to the Federal Registration Chamber, then a power of attorney must be prepared.

Also prepare two copies of the receipt in the receipt of documents. Forms can be directly in the branch of the Registration Chamber. The receipt must include the names of all documents submitted for registration. It should also contain information about the authority that received your documents and the official.

If the founders include a foreign citizen or a foreign organization, documents must also be submitted in the language of this state.
