How to fill out form 2-TP (Vodkhoz)

Information on the use of water is provided in form 2-TP (Vodkhoz) by all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who discharge wastewater and draw water from water bodies, as well as who receive water from water supply systems and have reverse water supply systems.

Fill in the address and code parts of the report according to form 2-TP (water management). Indicate the following information about the reporting company: company name, mailing address, OKUD form code, OKPO company code, OKATO industry code, OKVED activity type code, OKOGU department code, OKATO territory code, OKFS ownership form code, OKOPF company code, water plot code. All data is taken from an information letter received by state statistics authorities and informing about the inclusion of the company in the Unified State Register of Enterprises of all forms of ownership and management.

Fill in table 1 of form 2-TP. Indicate the name of the water supply source and all characteristics of the used water for various needs of the enterprise. The table shows how much water was taken from natural sources and received from other enterprises, as well as how much water was transferred and used by the enterprise. Mark the amount of water received and withdrawn for each month of the reporting year. Indicate the established water withdrawal limit for the enterprise.

Fill in table 2 of the form 2-TP "Drainage". Indicate the name of the waste water receiver and all wastewater indicators. Note which pollutants are contained in the wastewater. At the same time, indicate petroleum products, suspended products, BODfull, dry solids, sulfates and chlorides, in tons, and other substances discharged into water bodies, indicate in kilograms.

Fill in table 3 of the form 2-TP "Other indicators". Indicate the water flow rate in the re-supply and recycling systems. Note the number of days and the average number of hours per day of the reporting water user’s work. Indicate the total annual capacity of all treatment facilities that discharge wastewater into water bodies, into reservoirs, into irrigation fields, etc.
