A permission to put an object into operation is a document certifying the completion of construction, reconstruction, and overhaul of a real estate object in full in accordance with a permission to build such an object, a town-planning plan for the land plot on which the object was built, and its design documentation. In order to obtain such a permit, the developer must apply for a permit to put the facility into operation with an authorized body (federal executive body, executive body of a federal subject or local government).

1. documents for a land plot - a lease or sale agreement, an order to provide a lease or property. Those. title documents.

3. urban development plan of the land plot (GPZU).

4. The act of acceptance of the object by the customer (if construction was carried out on the basis of the contract).

5. documents confirming the compliance of the facility with technical regulations, design documentation. Such documents must be signed by the developer.

7. conclusion of the building supervision authority.

8. location scheme of the object.

In some cases, other documents may be required.

Permission to put an object into operation is issued in the form prescribed by law. It should contain information about the object in the amount necessary for the implementation of state cadastral registration of the object. Actually, the presence of a permit is the basis for putting an object on state cadastral registration.

If you have been refused permission to commission, the denial can be challenged in court. However, the legislation contains a number of reasons why state bodies have the right to refuse to issue such a permit. It:

2. non-compliance of the constructed facility with the requirements of the GPZU.

3. non-compliance of the constructed facility with the building permit and design documentation.
