How to organize an assessment of the result of labor of production personnel?

To ensure the greatest efficiency of the implemented motivation system, it is necessary to clearly formulate the result of the work of production workers. The statement of the result of labor should contain both quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Quantitative characteristics most often include labor indicators such as: volume of output, output rate of one unit of output, etc. Qualitative characteristics include: the degree of conformity of the finished product to the standard, adherence to the technological process, etc.

In addition to quantitative and qualitative characteristics, it is necessary to determine the characteristics of the discipline of production, which include compliance with safety measures, compliance with the labor regime, etc.

When formulating the result of labor, it is better to describe the maximum number of characteristics. But for the motivation system, only the most significant should be chosen. For the selected set of characteristics for the motivation system, it is necessary to formulate clear requirements and bring them to production workers several months before the start of labor assessment based on them.

The motivation system should be open to the assessed staff.
