In Moscow, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities containing information about the founders of an LLC or other legal entity can be obtained from the tax inspectorate No. 46 (IFTS No. 46), located at Moscow, Pokhodny proezd, vl.3, bldg. 1. In order to obtain an extract from the register, it is necessary to draw up an appropriate request and pay the state fee.

A sample request for extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities can be downloaded on the Internet or compiled in any form. The request must correctly indicate the information about the LLC, the information about the founders of which you need. It is important to indicate the name of LLC, PSRN, TIN / KPP. It is also necessary to prove that the receipt is attached to the request, confirming payment of the state duty, as well as their details (full name).

The state duty for extract from the register is currently 200 rubles. Such an extract can be obtained from the tax office 5 working days after submitting the request. You can pay 400 rubles and get an extract the next day (urgent provision of information from the register).
