Go to every store selling the same product as yours and look at the competitor’s business first through the eyes of a simple buyer, and then from a professional point of view. Pay attention to the arrangement of goods, the appeal of staff, if the store is grocery, then the presence of low-quality goods. You can take the most, in your opinion, unnecessary product and see the expiration date. If it will be a clothing salon, then the quality of the goods is even easier to determine.

Look at the prices. How buyers relate to these prices, analyze. The area in which you opened the store should also be carefully examined. Just walk down the street, what do you see? A huge number of expensive cars near each house during the lunch break or no cars at all. What are the houses in the area? In the first case, it is worth opening a more expensive store, because people living in the area have a good income. They can afford the best. Check the goods yourself. Now you cannot miss. Only responsible suppliers are needed, supplying quality products on time. A bad supplier can fail at the most inopportune moment, and buyers do not forgive mistakes.

Pay attention to the staff you are recruiting. Salespeople and managers should be polite, courteous, and also clean. Sloppy immediately catches the eye and causes hostility. It is better to spend money on training sellers than to lose buyers.

And most importantly, do not forget that live advertising is the best. If your store is really good, then each customer who comes through primary advertising will become a regular customer and will bring 10 friends with him.
