Instruction manual

1

Those who are eager to assemble this small fast sports car should have a good idea of its characteristics. So, the wheelbase (longitudinal distance between the axles) should be in the range from 1010 to 1220 mm with a total maximum length of 1320 mm. The diameter of the go-cart wheel is not more than 350 mm.

2

Do kart track size within 2/3 of the wheelbase. On karting, install an exclusively air-cooled two-stroke single-cylinder engine, operating on commercial grades of gasoline without any additives. At least two wheels must be involved in the braking system. The control system is a traditional car with a round steering wheel.

3

Make the width of the platform so that it matches the width of the frame, and its length corresponds to the distance from the pedals to the seat. In the design of karting, provide special barriers that do not allow the legs to slide off the platform, and make the seat so that the driver does not move to the side when cornering. A special protective device must protect it from possible burns to the engine.

4

Close the individual parts of the transmission with a special shield on the half of the gear wheel. Please note that the capacity of the fuel tank must not exceed 5 liters. Securely fasten it and close it in such a way as to completely exclude the possibility of fuel emission.

5

The elements of the chassis and steering are required to cotter pin. It is allowed to use ignition systems, carburetors of any type (both domestic and imported) and shockproof means.

6

It is forbidden to use bodies and fairings, differentials and similar mechanisms, steering gear with worm, chain, cable or gear drive, superchargers and fuel injection, as well as pedals that, when pressed, go beyond the frame dimensions.
