How to get an enterprise license

An entrepreneurial activity carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation is considered legal only if there is a corresponding permit document - a license.

Write a statement. An entity that intends to carry out certain types of economic activity that must be licensed independently or through a specific person authorized by it should contact the appropriate licensing authorities with a written application in the established form for issuing a license.

Indicate the following data in the above statement:

- information about the applicant (business entity). Its name, bank details, location, identification code (TIN of the legal entity). Here also indicate the surname, first name, middle name, identification number (TIN) of the individual, his passport data;

- the type of business (economic activity) for which the entity intends to obtain this license.

Indicate in the application the location of additional branches or branches that will carry out their economic work also on the basis of documents, including the license obtained.

Attach to the written application a copy of the certificate of state registration of the given legal entity of entrepreneurial activity or a copy of the certificate on making this enterprise in the Unified State. a register of Russian enterprises certified by a notary or by the appropriate authority that issued the original document.

Gather a set of all the necessary documents that will need to be submitted to the relevant state structures. At the same time, an application for a license, as well as other documents attached to it, are accepted only by inventory, and a copy of it is issued to the applicant with a certain mark (the date the documents were accepted by this licensing authority and the signature of the responsible person).

In turn, an application for a license may be left without consideration if the application is signed by a person who does not have the necessary authority for this right, and also if the documents are executed in violation of the requirements.
