Engage in the search and selection of staff. At the initial stage, a small household goods store will need 2-3 sellers working in shifts, a loader, an accountant, and a director.

As for advertising, a large-scale advertising campaign should be carried out before the store opens in order to attract as many customers as possible. Among the means of advertising, you can use flyers, advertisements in print media, on radio, television and the Internet.
