Have you decided to register as an individual entrepreneur in St. Petersburg? Collect all documents for submission to the Unified Registration Center in person or send them by mail.

Decide what you will do as an individual entrepreneur. Select at least 3 types of economic activity in the OKVED directory.

Verify the documents (passport, TIN, SNILS) with a notary public if you intend to send them by registered letter. In any case, foreign citizens are required to certify copies of documents translated into Russian, as well as copies of a temporary residence permit or residence permit.

Fill out the application in the form P21001, the form of which you can download on the portal www.gosuslugi.ru or on the website www.nalog.ru. Indicate your personal data in the application (name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, address, contact phone number), numbers and series of attached documents. List the types of economic activity. To send the application by mail on each sheet will require a notary signature.

Indicate in the application a list of all attached documents. Choose a tax system (according to the types of economic activity). Write a statement on tax registration in the form 2-5-Accounting (USN) or No. UTII -2 (UTII).

Pay to the ECR account the state duty in the prescribed amount. Contact the Unified Registration Center in person or send the documents by registered mail to the address: 191124, St. Petersburg, ul. Red textile worker, d. 10-12, letter "O". Together with them you can submit or send applications for registration with the PFR, MHIF, FSS and Rosstat. Receive no later than 5 working days a certificate of registration of individual entrepreneurs, documents on tax registration, extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises, statistics codes and certificates from extra-budgetary funds. Contact your local post office with a notice and passport to receive documents if you sent them for registration by registered mail.
