How to refuse a license

Organizations whose activities are carried out on the basis of the Federal Law "On the Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" may refuse a license and annul it. The basis for this is a written notification of the licensing authority on the decision to terminate the licensed type of activity.

If the founders of the enterprise decided to amend those activities that were specified in its charter, it is necessary to notify the licensing authority. For early termination of the license, submit a statement to the organization issuing it, it is written in free form. The application must be submitted no later than two weeks before the day when the licensed activity is actually terminated.

In the text of the application, be sure to indicate the license number, date of issue and the name of the authority that provided the license. Attach the original document to the application, which confirms the legitimacy of the activities carried out by the enterprise. On it, the licensing authority will affix appropriate marks making it invalid.

All procedures related to the termination of the license and execution of a decision on this will take no more than 3-4 business days. When you receive this document in your hands, it is necessary to register all the changes that have affected the activities of your enterprise.

The license will be terminated only after all the changes are made to the charter documents and registered in the unified state register of legal entities (USRLE) or individual entrepreneurs (EGRIP). Records must be made in these registers that the legal entity ceased this type of activity due to liquidation or reorganization, and the individual as an individual entrepreneur. The basis for amendments is the decision of the licensing authority on the early termination of the license.

After receiving an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or IGRIP, prepare a letter to the State Statistics Service with a request to make the appropriate changes to the statistical forms relating to the activities of your enterprise.
