These refrigerators (for ice cream and for drinks) must also be purchased, except for them you will most likely need a counter scale from commercial equipment.

Make a database of suppliers with whom you plan to interact, determine the assortment range, which then will need to be regularly replenished and optimized. If you still have little entrepreneurial experience, talk to people who have already achieved significant success in this kind of trading - speculative logical constructions will never replace live experience.

Find several sellers for your outlet, checking them for the most important qualities for the seller to the extent that it is possible with a preliminary acquaintance. The necessary properties of the distributor in a small retail outlet are honesty towards the owner and courtesy towards customers. Remember that even before your outlet begins to function, you should already have at least one person whom you have reason to trust, otherwise there can be no question of the prosperity of your business.

To encourage sellers to do a good job, give them a small part of their daily revenue in addition to the salary part - this will force them to improve the quality of service and attract additional buyers to your outlet.
