Controversial issues in the order of registration of goods for sale arise quite often. Sign a sales commission agreement between the product owner and entrepreneur. This must be done at the time of the actual transfer of the goods for sale. The agreement should specify the percentage of commission, which is calculated from the amount of proceeds from the sale. The contract is compulsory and must have a written form, this requirement is established by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Ask at the time of receipt of the goods for a commission from the owner of documents that confirm the quality and safety of products. If the product belongs to a category that requires mandatory certification, then the registration numbers of the certificate, certificate or declaration of conformity should be indicated in the documents for it. This requirement is indicated in the provisions of technical regulation and consumer policy of the Russian Federation. If it is not complied with, the seller of the goods may be fined by tax or other inspection bodies.

Accept imported goods that are not subject to mandatory certification only if there is a hygienic conclusion of a sanitary examination. Indicate this item in the contract.

Issue a receipt and a product label in duplicate for each unit of goods or for the entire product of the same type. These documents have a unified form and are filled in accordance with the established rules. When receiving goods for commission, one copy remains about the owner of the product, and the second is transferred to the entrepreneur-seller.

Issue a settlement document confirming the acceptance of payment when selling goods to the final consumer or business entity. This document is not required and is usually executed only at the request of the buyer. Failure to issue it is not subject to penalties.
