How to find a company

There are many situations in which there is a need to find an enterprise. In the field of business, before concluding a serious agreement, it will be useful to check the counterparty, compare its details and location addresses. And many individuals before employment may need to check on the work in which company they are registered.

The Federal Tax Service provides information on legal entities upon request. To do this, contact the local inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service. However, if you want to save time, and you have Internet access, use a similar service on the official website of the Federal Tax Service. With this service you can find a company very quickly.

Having visited the website of the Federal Tax Service, pay attention to its right side, which lists useful and convenient services. In this page field there are three tabs with a different set of services. Select the first tab, among the names find the service "Check yourself and the counterparty" and click on the appropriate link.

Once on the information page entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, you will see 5 fields available for filling:

• OGRNING

• Company name

• Company address

• Region

• Date of registration of the company. Filling in all fields is optional. Fill in the information about the company that you know, for example, the name and its address, and click "Search."

In the table with the search results you will see all registered legal entities that meet the entered criteria. Scrolling through the table, you can find the company, and by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink, see all available information about it: the date of creation, location, information about amendments to the constituent documents, information about registration as policyholders and others.
