How to change company name

Often, for various reasons, a company needs to change its name. But to invent an original name is not all. All enterprises are registered and tax registered. Therefore, the changes that have occurred in your company must be documented. The necessary package of documents must be submitted to the registration authority.

If there are several founders of your enterprise, create a constituent assembly and make a decision on changing the name of the organization in the form of a protocol signed by the chairman of the founders council and the secretary of the constituent assembly. The document is certified by the seal of the company, it is assigned a number and date.

When the founder of the company is alone, he makes the sole decision to change the name of the company, which he himself signs and certifies with the seal of the organization.

Rewrite the charter of your company, where the new name will appear. Assure him with the new seal of the organization, which also contains the name of the company, tax identification number, registration code, address of the location of the company.

Write a request to the tax office at the location of the enterprise for a copy of the new edition of the charter, which includes the new name of the company, indicate the number of the decision to change the name and the date of its preparation. Payment for the provision of this service is four hundred rubles.

Fill out an application in the form p13001, write on the first page the name of the company in accordance with the constituent documents, the details of which are listed in the unified state register, indicate the main state registration number, taxpayer identification number and registration code in accordance with applicable documents. On sheet A of the application, write the full and abbreviated new name of the organization in Russian.

Pay the state fee at the branch or central office of the bank in the amount of eight hundred rubles. Take a copy of this receipt.

Fill out the first sheet of form p14001 and sheet A of this application, indicate the new name of the company only on the sheet where changes are made, the rest of the form should contain only the information that is currently in the state registry.

Sew the necessary package of documents and submit to the registration chamber, and within five days the name of the company will be changed in the state register of legal entities.
