Any modern enterprise manufacturing products, trading or providing services is a complex system that includes fixed assets, raw materials, materials, financial and labor resources. This is the largest part of the management apparatus. Mid-level managers serve as intermediaries between senior management and grassroots managers.

The highest level of management is the last link, the responsibility of the representatives of which is to make the most important decisions on which the activities of the company and the enterprise depend. It is they who are responsible for this activity. The decisions they make, through middle and lower managers, are communicated to the direct executors.

Such an organizational and managerial structure is characteristic of any enterprise in which divisions and departments exist. It allows you to manage the enterprise and all its management links to ensure this process through planning, organization, motivation and control.
