This is a solution to specific problems of the organization, the uncertainty of the result, the possible resistance of employees and the occurrence of conflict situations, a multiplier effect.

The process of formation and development of the system is inherent in all stages of the innovation process, proceeding in full accordance with the basic economic laws. The selection, adaptation, assessment and labor movements of personnel as technology management systems determine its innovativeness. The main goal of all transformations is to increase the efficiency of personnel and, as a result, the success of the enterprise.
