How to start production

You decided to open your own production and make sure that it works like a clock. How can a novice entrepreneur organize and launch production?

Find out which groups of goods are most in demand and from whom. Monitor the market for the products you intend to produce. Develop a business plan (on your own or with the assistance of specialists). Describe the production process, provide a complete description of the product and costing and income. If you intend to attract investors, attach to the business plan a schedule for entering the breakeven zone and schedules for repaying loans.

Register a legal entity with the tax authorities. Get an extract from the register, codes of Roskomstat. Open a correspondent and bank account. Create a name for your company and register it with Rospatent.

Find a room for your production in accordance with the technological process. Check all communications and, if necessary, reinstall or re-equip them. Make a repair of the room. Invite representatives of sanitary and fire supervision, get a positive opinion. Conclude a contract for waste collection and sanitation.

Buy all the necessary equipment, preferably from manufacturers. Enter into service contracts. When choosing equipment, you will also need expert opinions that the technology you have chosen will meet all the requirements for organizing production.

Buy raw materials. Conclude agreements on its further deliveries. Start setting up sales channels. Hire qualified staff. Release a trial batch of products. Obtain all certificates of quality and compliance (if you are opening a food production).

Start an advertising campaign (on your own or with the help of an advertising agency) depending on the specifics of your production.
