Legal entities and private entrepreneurs who, in the course of their activities, are faced with the need to use, neutralize, dispose and transport waste of consumption and production, must fill out a form of federal state static observation 2-TP (waste). How to do it quickly and correctly?

Fill in the address and code part of the report with information on the legal entity, including all divisions of the enterprise. If a division or branch of an enterprise is located in another republic, territory or region of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to fill out part of the form to exclude these isolated divisions from this information. Fill in the data for these units in separate forms 2-TP (waste) and submit to the territorial bodies at the location of the branch.

Fill in all the lines and columns of the form. In each cell there should be a number or a sign of absence in the form of a dash. Observe the importance of indicators when filling out the form graph. Fill in a separate line for each type of waste, grouped by hazard class for the environment. Mark line numbers with three-digit numbers. Number the waste of hazard class I from 100 to 199, class II from 200 to 299, class III from 300 to 399, class IV from 400 to 499. Show in lines 100, 200, 300 and 400 the total information on the amount of waste for each hazard class.

Fill in the form 2-TP (waste) the name of all types of waste by hazard class for the environment. Fill in the amount of waste that has accumulated on the territory of the enterprise for previous years. Indicate the amount of waste generated during the reporting year and which came from other organizations.

Note the amount of waste that was completely neutralized during the reporting year. Indicate the amount of waste by destination groups that were transferred to other organizations during the reporting year. Fill in the amount of waste that was placed for storage or disposal on the premises of the enterprise during the reporting year. Summarize and fill out information on all types of waste of I, II, III, IV hazard class for the environment.

Fill out the certificate of form 2-TP (waste). Indicate the number of waste disposal facilities owned by the reporting entity. Separately indicate the number of waste disposal facilities that do not comply with applicable standards. Indicate the total area of ​​waste disposal facilities owned by the reporting entity.
