How to enter organization data

Tax authorities keep records of legal entities. Data on any legally operating organization must be entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) in compliance with the procedure established by law.

For the first time, information about the organization is entered into the Unified State Register when you go through the registration process. To open an enterprise, you need to collect a number of documents and fill out an application in form P1101. This application is filled out either on a computer or by hand in block letters. The form can be purchased at a specialized store or downloaded from the Internet.

When filling out, make sure that the text of the application is readable, do not allow blots and corrections. Carefully read the field names and do not write anything superfluous. If you doubt that you can correctly enter the data in the application, read the recommendations for filling it out. Provide reliable information.

The sheet intended to indicate the types of economic activity should be completed by checking with the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OKVED). It contains the correct formulations and codes that correspond to a particular type of activity. In the first field of the sheet, indicate the type of activity that will be the main one for the enterprise, and only after that write down additional types of economic activity.

It is not necessary to sign a fully completed application form. The person indicated as the applicant must contact the notary's office with an identity document (passport) and, of course, the application itself. The signature is put in the presence of a notary public, about which he puts his mark on the sheet intended for this purpose. The staff of the notary office is also stitching the document.

Provide the tax authority with a full package of documents required for registration, including an application in the form P11001, on the basis of which information about the organization will be entered into the state register. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a certificate with the main state registration number (PSRN) assigned to the company.

In the future, use forms P13001 and P14001 to notify the territorial tax authority of changes that have occurred at the enterprise: change of legal address, change of manager, change in the types of economic activity, and so on. These applications are filled out and certified according to the same principle as described above.
