Capitalize the assets received as a contribution to the authorized capital of the organization. Develop the structure of the enterprise, draw up a staffing table and issue an order in which the duties of the chief accountant are assigned to a specific person.

Think about the form in which the new organization will be booked. Perform an analysis of the specialized accounting software offered on the software market. Choose the one that will be kept records at your enterprise.

Develop and approve the staffing. In it, determine the quantitative and qualitative composition of the employees of the company, their salaries. Set a rate for each post, size of premiums. Draw up employment contracts, determine the procedure for additional material remuneration, stimulating and encouraging the quality of labor. If necessary, develop a collective bargaining agreement. Familiarize the employees of the enterprise with their official duties for signature.

Make an order for those employees who will be assigned responsibility for monetary and material values ​​(cashiers, storekeepers, etc.). Conclude a liability agreement with each person in charge.

Your responsibility is to draw up a new work book for employees for whom your company has become the first place of work. Get for them cards of personified accounting in the territorial body of the pension fund of the Russian Federation. For those employees who already had a compulsory health insurance policy in their hands, collect them for renewal. Conclude an agreement with an insurance company, take out medical insurance for all your employees.

Issue an order on the accounting policies of the enterprise. Approve the working chart of accounts, accounting registers and forms of documents for which there are no unified forms and approved forms. The duration of these necessary actions is limited - this must be done no later than 90 days from the start of the enterprise.

Think over the contractual policies of the new firm. Prepare draft contracts to protect yourself from potential conflicts with contractors.
