Accounting in matters of business management is the most important. Indeed, the effective distribution of funds in the enterprise is the key to success in commercial activities. And the correct accrual of quarterly bonuses in the program program 3.1 is an integral part of this process.

Option 1

- tab "Taxes, contributions, accounting" (put income code);

- setting "Corresponds to pay" (check and adjust if necessary);

- "Income category" (in this field, select the setting "Salary");

- the settings "For insurance premiums" and "For income tax" are performed automatically (check);

- setting "Accounting" (indicate the method of reflection).

Assignment of created accrual to an enterprise employee:

- select a document (“Employment”, “Personnel transfer”, “Change in pay” or “Appointment of planned accrual”);

- "Appointment of salaries and contributions" (in this document the quarterly bonus will be calculated).

Option 2

In case of irregular payment of the quarterly bonus (by a separate order of the head, during the inter-settlement period, etc.), one should use the following features in the sequence of actions:

- tab "Basic" (indicate "Quarterly award for a separate document");

- section "Salary" (accrual is reflected in the document of the same name).
