How to create a training center

Do you have vast experience and want to do teaching work? Or are you the head of an organization planning to expand your enterprise by attracting new employees? Open a training center and start training.

Check out the Law on Education or invite an expert to help you organize a training center according to the standards prescribed by law.

Choose what educational services your training center will specialize in (standard vocational training courses, authorized vocational training courses, trainings or monocourses).

Register the legal entity as a LEU (non-governmental educational institution), receive a certificate of registration (PSRN), OKVED codes.

Make a staffing table and an approximate schedule of classes in the center. This will help you in the calculations when choosing a room. So the center, designed to train 100-150 people per month. must have a space of at least 200 square meters. m

Buy or rent equipment (projectors, computers, office equipment). Get all the necessary educational, teaching and reference literature.

Obtain a license to provide services at your local department of education if you plan to open a training center for a fee. To do this, you will need the following documents: - application for a license;

- A list of educational programs that you intend to use in the process of the center;

- information about the staffing table and the estimated number of students;

- information on the leased premises (address, technical specifications, expert opinions on the sanitary condition and fire safety);

- information on the provision of the training process with the necessary literature and material and technical equipment of the center (extract from the balance sheet);

- information about teachers;

- A certificate of the OGRN and an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (originals or certified copies). The Department of Education may also request other documents, which its employees will notify you directly on the day of the request. Within a month you will be able to get a license if all your documents comply with the standards developed for educational institutions.

If you intend to open a free training center for the development of a dealer network or for the purpose of retraining your organization’s employees, then in this case you may not receive a license to provide educational services.
