How to change type of activity

To add or exclude a particular type of activity, an entrepreneur must make changes to the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (USRIP). To do this, you need to contact the tax office with a package of necessary documents.

You will need

• - a statement on amendments to the Unified State Register of Enterprises with a notarized signature;

• - passport with a notarized copy;

• - Certificate of TIN assignment;

• - certificate of state registration of IP.

The application form for amendments to the Unified State Register of Forms of Form R24001 can be downloaded on the Internet or taken from the tax office.

When adding activities, fill in the sheet AND statements, with the exception, sheet K. In both cases, the first line should be the changes related to the main activity, if any.

Remove a copy from your passport (pages with photos and personal data and a stamp about registration), fasten copies of the pages between each other with a stapler or thread and stick on the back paper with the inscription "So many sheets are stitched and numbered" and your signature.

Contact the notary public with a completed application, original and stitched copy of your passport and ask him to certify these documents. Put the signature on the application in the presence of a notary.

Also make copies of certificates of assignment of TIN and state registration of IP. However, they do not need to be certified by a notary.

Pay the state fee. You can clarify its size and find out the details for payment at the tax office.

Take the full package of documents to the tax office. Depending on your region, this may be an inspection where you are registered, or a separate register. For example, in Moscow, Interdistrict IFTS No. 46 is in charge of these issues.

If the documents are in order, you will be given a receipt on their receipt, and after five working days on its basis - a certificate of amendment to the Unified State Register of Enterprises.
