The SP himself should not write anything in his workbook. A confirmation of his employment is a certificate of state registration in this status. Another thing is when he has hired workers. In their labor, to make notes on employment, starting in 2006, he not only has the right, but he is obliged.

Entrepreneurs are required to keep work books for each employee, labor relations with which lasted more than five days.

Before making another entry in the employee’s work book, the entrepreneur must indicate his full name as the heading: “Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Ivanov.”

Then, it is necessary to indicate in the appropriate columns the serial number of the record, the date of its entry (strictly in Arabic numerals in the format "dd.mm.yyyy"), a job record indicating the position with exactly the same wording as in the employment contract and the order of admission to work and the output of this order (name, abbreviated, number and date).

The following entries are made in the same format: on transfer to another position, dismissal, etc.

A seal and a signature are only certified by the letter of resignation.

If the employee does not have a work book, the entrepreneur is obliged to have this document for him. Moreover, he has the right to recover from the employee the cost of the form or to deduct this amount from his salary.

All necessary information for the title page is filled out on the basis of documents proving the identity of the employee and confirming his education, qualifications, etc.
