Instruction manual

1

If you are just starting a business, first look at the competitors' experience. See which products sell best in your area. Determine how consumers react to rising prices for everyday goods, because sooner or later you will have to face it, even if you initially plan to sell products inexpensively to interest the buyer.

2

Work only with reliable suppliers. Of course, it would be better if you cooperate with direct producers of goods, but if this is not yet possible, choose the usual wholesale and retail warehouse in your city first. In this case, you will only have to enter into a supply agreement with the warehouse administration. Choose the warehouse that is closest to your store to save on shipping services.

3

Place announcements in the media, including on the Internet (for example, on the sites http://prodbox.ru or http://www.avito.ru ) that you want to purchase products. Indicate the type of product you are interested in, the approximate cost (optional). Find in newspapers or the Internet information about sales of goods. Unfortunately, in this way it is difficult to establish an uninterrupted supply of products and, in addition, there is a risk of running into unscrupulous suppliers.

4

Demand from retailers and wholesalers all the necessary certificates obtained by them from the manufacturer. Be sure to try contacting product manufacturers directly. If agriculture is developed in your region, then in this case it is better to specialize in high-quality domestic products than to constantly overpay, expanding the range.

5

If possible, gradually switch from retail purchases of goods to wholesale. To prevent the goods from storing at your warehouse, constantly conduct promotions to increase sales (discounts, gifts). If you find really good suppliers for long-term cooperation, then they will meet you and give you discounts and installments, as well as ensure free delivery of products to your store.
