Compare the selected thumbnails with the information found. If necessary, adjust the images to avoid resembling existing signs.

Prepare a trademark application. In this case, the name of the Applicant must correspond to that indicated in the Certificate of Registration of Legal Entities. Also, be prepared to provide the Applicant's legal address (to indicate it in the security documents) and OKPO code.

Submit the selected image (color or black and white) for registration as a trademark. Obtain a trademark certificate of protection and legal confirmation of the validity of this certificate. Set up a registered trademark as an intangible asset of an enterprise.

Despite the fact that the time required to obtain a trademark has been reduced recently, this procedure continues for quite some time. Be prepared that you have to wait about a year.
