There are two main types of transport licenses: freight transport licenses and passenger transport licenses. A passenger transportation license is an official permit for activities in the field of passenger transportation. In order to obtain a license for the carriage of passengers, contact the Federal Service for Supervision in the Field of Transport. The license is valid for 5 years; at the expiration of this period, please apply there to renew the license. However, please note that the license card for each bus is valid for 1 year. In order to obtain a license for passenger transportation, collect the constituent documents of the organization, namely: charter, certificate of state registration of a legal entity, certificate of registration of a legal entity with a tax authority, certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (for organizations registered until 01.07.02 g), extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, decision on the appointment of the head of the organization, changes, additions to the charter of the legal entity of the name and certificate of their registration, as well as a lease of the actual address of the company, documents for the person in charge. This includes: a work book (employment contract), a certificate of professional competence in the field of motor transport activities and certification for road safety

Prepare documents for drivers who will carry out transportation. Prepare the following: a medical certificate, a driver’s license, a work book, as well as documents that will confirm the experience as a category “D” driver for at least 3 years.

Issue documents for transport, namely: CTP insurance policy, TRP passport, vehicle passport, vehicle registration certificate, if the bus is rented, prepare passport details of its owner or rental agreement.

In addition, prepare other papers. Information about the Head of the organization, its chief accountant responsible for the person who is transporting, also prepare information about the organization itself, where bank details will be indicated, as well as all contacts. In addition, prepare a parking agreement for the vehicle (attach the parking address and paid receipts), an agreement between you and the company that will conduct pre-trip medical examinations of drivers (attach a license for the right to conduct such), an agreement for maintenance of vehicles (attach a copy of the certificate of conformity).
