A transport license for cargo transportation is a permit for the right to engage in relevant activities. You can get it by submitting certain documents to the appropriate authorities and observing the requirements and standards established for transportation.

Before you get a license for trucking, decide whether you will deal with this issue personally. Such an event does not present any particular difficulties, however, it will be necessary to spend a certain amount of time collecting and filling out the necessary documents, submitting them to the licensing authority. In order to obtain a license, fill out an application for its issuance, in which reflect the personal data of the person and the type of activity for which the individual entrepreneur wants to obtain a license. Attach a copy of the entrepreneur’s registration certificate, a certificate of registration with the tax office, as well as documents confirming the availability of the declared vehicles and the qualifications of the people who will service them. For legal entities, additional copies of constituent documents and information on entering the necessary information about them into the Unified State Register will be required. Copies of documents are provided only if they are notarized. Without such assurance, originals are required.

Pay the appropriate license fees, the amount of which is established by the Law "On the licensing of certain types of activities." In this case, you will have to pay two amounts: for filing the application itself and for issuing a license in case of a positive resolution of the issue.

One of the most frequently asked questions is where to get a license for cargo transportation. The Ministry of Transport is engaged in the issuance of this document. In each village there are transport inspections, to the offices of which it is necessary to bring the collected documents. They are considered within a month.
