How to cancel a deal

A transaction concluded at an ebay auction can be canceled if the goods have not yet been completed and the funds have not been transferred to the seller’s account. Cancellation must be completed within 24 hours, so that the process is quick.

In some cases, the transfer takes up to 30 calendar days.

After the operation is completed, a request to cancel the transaction will be sent to the ebay account. You must confirm it immediately. To do this, open a request and automatically refuse to complete a transaction. The top item is for immediate cancellation, the bottom is the refusal to cancel.
