As annexes to the application, issue notarized copies of the charter, PSRN, TIN, changes made to the charter; ordinary copies: an information letter from the statistical authorities with a list of types of economic activity, a memorandum of association or a decision of the general meeting on the creation of an organization, a protocol of the meeting or an order to appoint a leader. Assure these copies with the seal of the enterprise. Please also attach a copy of the lease of the premises or certificate of ownership of it. The package of documents should contain a certificate of your company, which indicates its full name, bank details, postal and legal address, contact numbers and fax.

Within two weeks after submitting the application for registration, you will receive a duly executed certificate of special registration. It is valid 5 years from the date of issue. Begin your activity, given that even under favorable circumstances, the cost of it will pay off no earlier than after 3 years.
