If the land on which the tent will be set up is privately owned, then you must obtain permission from the owner of the site. Conclude an agreement on the maintenance of equipment and premises. Before opening a point, register a cash register at Rospotrebnadzor and the tax office.

In the event that you yourself do not plan to trade, hire sellers. Hire guards or enter into an agreement with private security to service your point. If you open a point for trade in drinks for bottling indoors, equip it with an alarm system and (if possible and in agreement with its owner) install a video surveillance camera.
