You can choose a fully equipped production line for the production of small batches of semi-finished products. If you assume that only part of the process will be automatic, for example, molding or packaging of products will be done manually, you can purchase only those devices that are necessary.

Choose all the necessary regulatory and technical documentation, especially if you are engaged in meat semi-finished products. Then coordinate the production conditions with the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station and go through the certification procedure.

Pick and train staff. Each employee must have a health record and annually undergo a medical examination at the expense of the enterprise.

Arrange with suppliers of raw materials. It is best if the producers of raw materials are nearby. For example, it is advisable to place a workshop for the production of meat semi-finished products near a meat processing plant and reduce transportation costs.

Take care of the packaging. It should indicate the name of the enterprise, the composition of the product, the date and time of manufacture, and the expiration date.
