When opening an LLC, first of all pay attention to the following issues: the choice of the main type of activity, the name of the company, the tax system, the distribution of shares in the authorized capital of the company.

Prepare a package of documents for registration. For individuals: passport (photocopy) of the passport; photocopy of certificate of TIN. For legal entities: charter - constituent document of an LLC; certificate of state registration of the organization; certificate that the parent company is registered with the tax authority at the legal address; data of the passport of the general director, his TIN number; data of the manager’s passport in the future, his TIN number.

Take care of the registered capital. Its minimum size is 10, 000 rubles, but there are activities for which a higher threshold is set.

Please note that in St. Petersburg, registration of companies is handled by MI 15 of the RF Federal Tax Service (Unified Registration Center), which is located at ul. Red Textiles, house 10-12, letter "O". Specialists of the center will prepare documents within a week from the moment of receiving a full package of documents.
