How to open a new type of activity

If you decide to open a new type of activity that is not contained in the constituent documents, you need to fill out an application in the form p14001. It should be sent to the tax office. The registration authority will make changes to the information that is listed in the unified state register about your company.

You will need

• - application form in the form P14001;

• - company documents;

• - All-Russian classifier of activities.

Take the application form for amendments to the information on the legal entity contained in the unified state register. On the first page of the approved form, enter the name of the tax office at the location of your company, as well as the code of the registration authority.

Write the full name of your organization in Russian in accordance with the charter or other constituent document. Indicate the personal data of an individual, if the legal form of your company is an individual entrepreneur.

Enter the main state registration number of your company in accordance with the certificate of state registration issued to you when you created your company. Indicate the date the number was assigned.

Write the taxpayer identification number in accordance with the certificate, the reason code for registration with the tax office as a tax payer according to your chosen system.

On the second page of the application form, check the box in paragraph 2.13 “Information on types of economic activity”. On sheet H of the form, indicate the name of your company. Choose from the all-Russian classifier of types of economic activity a code that is suitable for the occupation that you decide to implement in your organization. Enter it in the first column of the table. In the second column write the name of the type of activity.

It must be borne in mind that the first thing you need to write is the type of activity that you are already doing, if it has not undergone a change. The code according to the above classifier must be entered so that at least three digits are written.

If you open more than ten types of activities, then fill out 2 sheets of the application, if more than twenty - 3 sheets and so on.

Taxation according to the type of activity depends on the chosen system. If you prefer to pay taxes on the simplified system for the created type of economic activity, then make a statement on the transition to the simplified tax system and transfer it to the tax authority. The transition to the "impute" or the general system is carried out accordingly.
