In order to get money for starting a business, you must have official unemployed status, which means you must be registered with the employment center. You will be required to open a bank account to transfer unemployment benefits to it and to receive a grand if your business plan to open your own business is successful.

Then write a request for cash and go through psychological testing. If you decide to get a state grant, then you need to be serious about the matter and carefully answer questions. It is at this stage that the largest part of applicants is eliminated.

If you successfully passed the psychological test, then you will be sent to courses where they will teach the basics of entrepreneurship, and they will also tell you how to draw up a business plan correctly. The business plan you have developed must be protected before the commission, which, as a rule, includes representatives of the mayor's office, employment center, as well as entrepreneurs. All these procedures will take you 1-2 months.

After the business plan is approved, you need to conclude a contract for subsidies. The employment center will help you arrange the documents that will be required to register your company with the tax office, as well as pay the costs associated with the registration and manufacture of seals and stamps. But you can get this money only after presenting payment documents, i.e. first you have to spend yours.

After you are registered as an entrepreneur, the grand amount will be transferred to your account. Currently, it is about 60 thousand rubles. Within three months after receiving the subsidy, you will be required to report on the use of funds. If the fact of misuse is established, they will be returned to the state.
