Choose the working personnel who will service your enterprise - sometimes it is better to organize work in several shifts. The owner himself can carry out production management at the initial stage; it is desirable, but not necessary, to have engineering and technical specialists in the state. But it will be difficult to do without an accountant, it is better to immediately entrust this section of work to a professional.

Begin your customer search by planning your sales strategy in your new company in advance. Work in this direction can and should be done before you go through all stages of the organization of production. Samples of products that are close to what you will soon begin to produce can be obtained from equipment suppliers.
