Where do organizations register

Business in modern conditions is impossible without the creation of companies or registration as an individual entrepreneur. When drawing up documents on the establishment of a legal entity, it is necessary to determine the state body where the organizations are registered.

You decided to independently prepare and submit documents for company registration. And the first question that arose before you filling out the registration application was which state agency should be indicated as the registrar. It should be noted that the state registration of the company occurs at the location of its head or a permanent executive body. As the address of the organization, you can use the address of the premises that are owned by the founder of the company (for example, home address), or the address of the premises that are taken on loan.

Registration authority for commercial companies

If your company is one of the commercial organizations, that is, it is created for profit, then the tax inspectorate acts as the registration authority. For example, the heads of Moscow companies need to contact the MIFNS No. 46. St. Petersburg companies are registered by the MIFNS No. 15 in St. Petersburg. Registration authority for non-profit organizations

According to the norms of the law, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and its territorial bodies act as a registrar for NGOs. The exception is HOA, HBC, which are registered with the tax authority. After registration with the Ministry of Justice, data on NPOs are transferred to the tax authority, where they are entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. But documents on registration of NPOs must be obtained from the Ministry of Justice.

Documents can be submitted to the registration authority both personally to the head of the company and to his representative, for whom the power of attorney is issued. The power of attorney for the representative is executed by a notary public.
