Instruction manual

1

When preparing documents for initial registration, pay special attention to the text of the charter. Inconsistencies in individual clauses may subsequently lead to conflict situations. Be especially careful about writing paragraphs that stipulate property rights.

2

After preparing the charter, hand over the package of documents to the tax office for initial registration. In five days you will receive certified constituent documents. The package of documents provides for: a notarized statement, two copies of the charter (one is handed over to the archive, the other is handed out), a decision or protocol (signed by the founders), orders for the general director and chief accountant, application for assignment of codes, power of attorney.

3

Before attesting a statement to a notary public, prepare a draft charter documents. Without them, the notary will not certify anything. The founder must write the application in person, in the presence of a notary.

4

Be sure to flash the charter before submitting it to the tax office. On the flip side, stamp "strung-numbered", indicating the number of pages and assuring the signature of the Director General.

5

Having received the documents from the tax office, track the availability of: extracts from the register, round stamp of the tax office, stamp of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies, filled in details (date; OGRN of the enterprise; position, full name, signature of a specialist of the registering authority).
