1

In the general case, the TTN is filled in by three parties - the consignor, the freight carrier and the consignee. Each of them should fill out the corresponding lines of the document as correctly as possible.

Even before the loading of vehicles, the consignor enters his details into the document, indicates the date of filling and assigns a number to the document.

2

In addition, the shipper fills in the following fields: name of the consignee, consignor and payer, as well as all their details.

3

Next, a table of the transported goods is filled out, indicating the name of the goods, quantity, price, unit of measurement, etc. The total quantity of goods, their total amount and the total amount payable (in words) are also indicated.

4

If additional characteristics are required for capitalization of goods, then the TTN must be accompanied by relevant documents.

5

On the basis of the “Waybill”, it is also necessary to fill in the data of the carrier, if several flights are required to carry out the transportation, their number is indicated in the corresponding field.

6

The document is certified by the signature of the person responsible for the shipment of the goods, as well as the signature of the chief accountant.

At the end, it is necessary to fill in the fields in the sections "Shipment of cargo produced" and "Cargo accepted for transportation".

7

The consignee fills in the following fields:

• Organization carrying out unloading, the time of the beginning and end of unloading, • The driver, by signature, certifies the fact of the delivery of the goods and their transfer to the consignee, • The data of the person who received the cargo is filled in, the receipt of the cargo by the consignee is fixed with its stamp.

8

In the event of inconsistency of the data indicated in the TTN with the actually delivered cargo, the consignee draws up an act for the subsequent presentation of claims to the supplier.

The shipper and consignee bear all responsibility for the correct preparation of the TTN. TTN is made in four copies.

9

When filling out the TTN, the freight carrier must indicate: the distance over which the freight was transported, the freight forwarding code, the amount accrued to the driver for the work done, etc.

If the driver is involved in loading and unloading cargo, then this work should be reflected in the agreement between the carrier and the consignor (consignee) and be paid separately.

After the driver receives the completed documents on loading and unloading the goods, the transportation process is considered completed.
