How to close un activities

To terminate the activities of an individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to provide a number of documents to the tax authority of local self-government.

You will need

• - certificate from the Pension Fund about the absence of debts

• - paid receipt of state duty on termination of activity as an individual entrepreneur

• - application form 26001 certified by a notary

Check with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation about your debts during the existence of entrepreneurial activity.

Pay the debt and part of the contributions for the current year. Remember, if at the time of submitting the application there will be at least 1 penny of debt, a certificate will not be issued to you.

Prepare a package of documents: OGRNIP certificate, TIN certificate, SNILS (personal account insurance number - 11 digits), a document confirming registration as an individual entrepreneur, extract from the Unified State Register of Insurance and Registration, passport (and copy), medical insurance number, RSV-1 reporting (ADV-11), receipts with paid contributions (upon request).

Having received a certificate from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, prepare documents to the tax authority at the place of registration (residence). In order to certify the application of form 26001, the following documents will be required: certificate of OGRNIP, passport, certificate of TIN, extract from the USRIP.

After 5 working days from the date of submission of all documents to the tax authority, you will be issued a certificate of termination (closure) of business activities.
