Any enterprise is a living organism, functioning due to rational management. Improving the effectiveness of the organization is impossible without improving its management, these two processes are interconnected. In addition, improving the management of the organization allows you to increase all indicators of its production and economic activities with virtually no additional material costs.

First of all, improve your organization’s governance by engaging in senior management. In his hands are the levers allowing to take into account the quality requirements of the final product at the very early stages of the formation of a quality management system. It is top management that can and must stimulate employees to achieve high standards of product and service quality.

The consumer is an equal participant in the management process. It is necessary to establish a direct relationship with him, so that his needs become known to the manufacturer as soon as possible. The company must promptly respond to demand and take it into account in the production of its goods and services.

When developing products, one should take into account not only the needs of consumers, but also quality requirements. For this, internal standards of the enterprise should be developed that clearly distinguish between factors affecting the quality of uncontrolled ones and those that can and should be controlled. The latter include: improper operation of equipment, the use of low-quality materials, non-compliance with technology, failure by employees to fulfill their duties. These controlled factors must be completely eliminated and the influence of factors beyond control on production processes to be minimized.

Employees should be involved in management processes. They need to be trained, organized and properly motivated. Ensure their participation in production meetings dedicated to the optimization of the enterprise, introduce a system of incentives for making rationalization proposals.
