In a modern city, demand may arise for such products, to see in which the goods yesterday would not have occurred to anyone. An example of this is ice, which has become very popular thanks to prestigious alcoholic (and not only) drinks and forming classic combinations with them. What is needed to open the production of ice, a product that is in demand in all bars and shops of alcoholic beverages?

Rent a room of several tens of square meters, which would be supplied with electricity and water, and which would be connected to a sufficiently powerful sewer system. Water will be the main raw material for ice production, engineering communications are necessary for the functioning of your "production" equipment.

Buy an ice machine (for starters, one) - that machine, through which through your means the bars and restaurants will be able to provide their visitors with such desired ice cubes. And to store freshly made products, you will need a powerful and roomy refrigerator.

Think now that you already know how to make ice, to whom and where you will supply it. The main consumers will, of course, be catering organizations (especially bars), but grocery supermarkets and any food stores with a large assortment of alcoholic beverages also buy ice at wholesale prices.

Equip your car so that it can transport ice - for this, get, for example, a portable refrigerator. If ice production and sales volumes grow rapidly, you will have to think about buying a specialized vehicle equipped with stationary refrigeration equipment.

Order leaflets so that potential customers know where they can get the right amount of ice cubes for the evening, place ads in modular advertising newspapers, creating a memorable logo for your brand.
Useful advice
Before you start ice production, do a little marketing research - because if you already have competitors, you can hardly “get around" them; there can be too little competitive advantage for one ice producer compared to others.
When planning to start ice production, do not forget about the seasonal factor, because in the summer, of course, the demand for your product will be much higher, although on the eve of all major holidays it will return to the summer level.
