Develop the constituent documentation, hold an organizational meeting of the founders, select a director, the company name of the company, draw up all the decisions of the meeting with a protocol. Buy or rent production facilities, purchase and install the necessary equipment. Recruit employees who will work on it, conduct training. Enter into contracts for the supply, sale of goods with consumers.
